Sizzle has moved to her new home. She has been spayed and is now the beloved companion of the Williams Family in Kansas. She has her own couch, and gets to take long walks at the lake. After her injury (see below) she could no longer tolerate the extreme Texas heat, so the difficult decision was made to place her in a companion home. She is very happy there.
Sizzle enjoys a day at the lake with her new family.
On May 19, 2004, Sizzle was bitten in the face by a large Western Diamondback Rattlesnake. While she has survived, she is permanently disfigured. She will never show again, nor will she be able to run. She has permanent damage to her left sinus, as well as massive scarring on the left side of her muzzle. You can read her story HERE.

"Sizzle arrived here on December 29, 2002. She is everything we had hoped for, and more She is a large girl, who has stunning angles, and a wonderful temperament. Photos Below!
*UPDATE*
Sizzle has made her entrance on the coursing field. On 1-11-03 she got her first JC leg, and went on to take 1st out of a stake of 5, for 20 points. On 1-12-03 she got her second JC leg, and placed 2nd out of 7 for 21 points. She is now qualified for the ASFA II in June, and is nearly halfway to her ASFA FCH on her first weekend of coursing. She has a beautiful running style, with a low, long stride that really covers ground, and excellent agility for one so young. Sizzle coursed again on Jan 18/19, and now only lacks 6 points for her ASFA FCH. Her running only improves with time. She should be a real force on the field for years to come!
Watch for her on a coursing field near you!
