Van Geaux is my pick male from the "Harness Racing" litter. Whelped February 8, 2008. This little fellow is very outgoing and inquisitive. He loves his toys and his humans, and likes to chase the plastic bag on the buggy whip. A substantial puppy, he has a lot of promise. Right now he is busy playing with his siblings, but he will take his rightful place on the field when the time comes.
Van Geaux has hit the field with a vengeance. At his first trial in Cleburne Texas he was 1st/BOB for a three point major. At his second trial in Florence Texas (10/4/09) he was BIF for a five point major. 8 points, both majors, two trials. He's a powerhouse that just keeps getting stronger.
Van Geaux at a practice in Decemer of 08. He's going to be ready to go into competition in February. His running style is not in the least bit "puppy like". He flattens out and gets serious about the job at hand. He's going to be a lot of fun!
Van Geaux in Nov. 08. He shows great promise on the coursing field, twisting inside out trying to get loose so he can go chase the lure. I have very high hopes for this bright brindle boy.
