Phoenix is my pick bitch from our Duplication Litter, born June 12, 2003. She is a litter sister to Sara. Her color is actually a dark red brindle, with a black mask. She is mischievous and has a great sense of adventure. She inherited her excellent temperament from her parents, and is absolutely unflappable. She is has proven herself to be quite the performance dog, already headed towards her ASFA FCH, as well as being pointed in LGRA and NOTRA. We certainly think she is something special! Phoenix is the dam of our "Rodeo Legends" litter sired by Int. Racing Ch Silkenswift Ambassador FCH, born July 8, 2005. Phoenix was attacked and injured in September of 2005. While this attack did not occur on the performance field (nor was it one of my dogs), she has developed a fear of other dogs that prevents her from coursing or racing. She will be taking a year off to hit the show ring and perhaps do a bit of obedience. I will then begin schooling her with kennelmates that she has no reason to fear. Hopefully I can return this beautiful girl to the field once again, time will tell.
